I was born and raised in Tuscany, Italy and I embarked on this adventure in 2017 after living in Australia and thanks to the support of my dearest friend and colleague Kate from Kate and Rose Weddings.
The opportunity arose and I came to realise that this was my life goal and I have never looked back once so my job has turned out to be one of my greatest passions.
I am a keen traveller and passionate about good food, Italian of course, but not only!
Should you ask me what I love most about my job, I would immediately tell you that I am genuinely curious about people and their stories so that I can create and shape something unique and unforgettable with them and for them.
Making the wedding of their dreams come true, seeing the joy and the excitement in their eyes is an amazing feeling and knowing that I was part of it and that I contributed to its success is priceless; the satisfaction I experience every time I successfully plan a wedding, paired with these emotions add to the increasing love for my job.

My name is MARILU’,

This is me! My full name is old-fashioned because I was named after my grandmother,
Marialuigia, but you can call me Marilù. Nice to meet you! I was born in Catania then studied at
university in Venice and now I live in Pisa because my husband is from here. Each and every one
of these three cities has given me something. From Sicily I’ve absorbed the importance of
hospitality and my passion for cooking and eating; Venice has refined my taste in the history of
art and my pursuit of beauty; and Pisa, where I moved after meeting my husband, has
bewitched me because here you can still breathe the scent of the “dolce vita”.

When I plan weddings I call on all my experience and my commitment in order that your day is
exactly as you dreamed it.
